A propos du poste :
Rattaché à la Direction Financière, le cost controller- Recueille et analyse les coûts sur un projet ou unpérimètre donné- Mesure la performance, analyse les écarts et identifie desanomalies- Propose en lien avec les différents services del'entreprise des actions correctives- Restitue aux différents acteurs de l'entreprise lesrésultats et améliorations attendues- Évalue la pertinence des stratégies, procédures, outils degestion et de pilotage (indicateurs clés de performance KPI,tableaux de bord des résultats) et de leur mise en oeuvre.- Participe à l'élaboration des budgets prévisionnels etexerce le contrôle budgétaire périodique (collecter et synthétiserles données budgétaires, analyser et anticiper les écartsbudgétaires, suivre leur évolution).

Compétences techniques- - Maîtrise des techniques comptables et financières- - Connaissance des systèmes d'information comptables etachats- - Compréhension métier et fonctionnement de l'entreprise- - Potentiel rédactionnelAptitudes professionnelles- - Rigueur dans le recueil et le traitement des données- - Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse- - Curiosité, sens du détail et de l'investigation- - Sens de l'écoute et de la communication- - Force de conviction et de propositionExpérience- - Titulaire d'un diplôme Bac +4/5- - Expérience de 2 à 3 ans
