VET Digital Platform Manager (H/F/X)
Segment : Royal Canin France
location : Aimargues (near Montpellier)
Type of contract : Permanent (CDI)
The VET Digital Platform Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, and management of digital products intended for veterinarians, veterinary assistants, and sales teams. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital solutions meet veterinarians' needs and align with Royal Canin's objectives.
What are we looking for :
Business school Diploma, in Digital, digital marketing, project management.. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the animal health sector or in a technological environment
What Will be your key responsibilities ?
Digitalization Strategy :
Define the roadmap of our digitalization journey aligned with our OGSM & AEP. Define the picture of success and where/how to win of our digital model in adressing veterinarians pain points & industry trends Co-build some activities and T&L with European region & Global Teams Influence internal & external stakeholders to reach our digital ambitions Key contact at unit level for the French Vet digital transformation ahead of usProduct Development:
Define the roadmap for digital products (MonEspaceVeto, Vet Services, Ambassador Program, Clinical Alliance, Prioritize features based on market needs, user requirements, and the objectives of the Vet pillar Oversee the product lifecycle, from design to production Identify opportunities for improvementProject Management:
Plan and coordinate digital product development projects Manage external development teams (agencies) Influence Vet Services in Europe and globally Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets Develop and update project tracking documents and planning toolsUser Relations:
Gather user feedback to improve products Organize user testing sessions and analyze results Maintain constant communication with various users (internal & external) to ensure their satisfactionSales & marketing project :
Work with KAM & Marketing team in JBP construction (ex : Vet Services incentives & promotions) Build projects with some VET clients (ex : PMS integration) Be the business point of contact with some local digital platform (ex : Crockit, …)Operational excellence & Performance Monitoring:
Ensure an optimal level of execution on the field, with a super-premium experience Define and track KPIs to evaluate the performance of digital products Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements Link our initiatives with business impact (ROI driven, P&L impacts)Training:
Provide training and support to users Create training documents and user guides Engage sales force on all B2B tools through regular connection & trainingsExternal Customer Service Management:
Oversee the management of requests and complaints from internal (Sales team) and external (veterinarians) clients Implement effective processes to ensure quality customer support Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve user issuesWhat can you expect from Mars?
