Aufgaben


You are the main person of contact for all commercial matters relating to the costumers (e.g. contracts, compliance) You ensure the fulfillment and performance of contracts and are responsible for the P&L of assigned accounts, quality and delivery targets as well as the related claim management You define, develop and validate the development plan for all products (aero, afnor, etc.) Through personal contact with assigned accounts, you identify our challenges and sales potentials You follow up on offers and are responsible for day-to-day operations such as the creation, control and follow-up of customer orders You act as an interface to our internal stakeholders and the team (supply chain management, procurement, production, etc.) You monitor customer-specific KPIs and create regular reports You are responsible for the SAP master data maintenance of customers and managing and updating the CRM System

Profil


You have a university degree in Sales Management, Business Administration or you have a comparable qualification You already have several years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar position You have knowledge in managing industrial projects and sales experience, ideally in the aerospace industry Ideally, you have knowledge of our materials and specifications (preferably aerospace) You like to proactively contribute to business processes and have a high degree of customer and service orientation You have a good working knowledge of MSD 365, CRM Systems and MS Office applications You can communicate confidently in English and French, both written and spoken, additional language skills (e.g., German, Italian or Spanish) are a plus
