The O pportunity
The Acquiring Processing Product Manager (PdM) significantly impacts the business by ensuring that products are developed and launched successfully, meet customer/market needs and contribute to the company's strategic goals. He/She drives innovation, enhance customer satisfaction and ultimately helps in achieving revenue and growth targets. A successful Product Manager balances strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring that the product not only fits the market but also evolves based on customer feedback and market trends. He/She is responsible for overseeing the business performance, development and continuous improvement of a product or a value chain part of the acquiring processing product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1.Product Vision and Strategy a.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. b.Product Vision: Define the long-term vision and strategy for the product. c.Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development and business release schedule. 2.Product Features definition and design a.Business Requirements Gathering: Collect and prioritize product business requirements from stakeholders, including customers, partners and b.Business Feature Definition: Define and document product business features and specifications. c.Collaboration with Architects/Engineers: Work closely with BA and BE (Engineering team) to ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented correctly. 3.Product investment plan and business roadmap a.Define investment objectives in line with the product and value chain strategy b.Conduct identification and gathering of investment items from the various stakeholders of product community c.Prepare investment plan and promote product investment strategy in front of necessary governance bodies 4.Product ° Performance Monitoring a.OKRs and Metrics/KPIs: Define the key results to achieve by the product and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effects and success of business decisions. b.° Data Analysis: Analyze product data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern. c.Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous product enhancements. 5.Cross-Functional Collaboration a.Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. b.Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure that product initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. c.Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts that arise during the product development process.Skills and Qualifications
·Customer/Market-Centric Mindset oStrong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs. oExperience in gathering and acting on customer feedback. ·Strategic Thinking oAbility to think strategically and align product development with business goals. oExperience in setting product vision and mid/long-term strategy. ·Communication Skills oExcellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating product vision, requirements, and updates. oAbility to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. ·Project Management oAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. oStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. ·Collaboration and Teamwork oAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships. oExperience in managing stakeholders with diverse interests and priorities. ·Analytical Skills oProficiency in data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights from data. oStrong problem-solving skills to identify and address product-related issues. ·Technical Proficiency oUnderstanding of the technical aspects of product development to effectively communicate with engineering teams. oFamiliarity with relevant tools and technologies used in product management. ·Fluent English skills both written and spoken; other languages of the group welcome (French, German, Dutch…) ·Proactive “Can do” attitude in daily business is essential to succeedDo you enjoy working as an “entrepreneur”?
