ALTERNANCE - Business Analyst Junior CRM Salesforce H/F - SALOMON

Description du poste

Salesforce est la solution que le Groupe Amersports utilise pour mener à bien l’ensemble de ses opérations et processus CRM B2B et B2C.
Nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe CRM et nous recherchons un.e Assistant CRM Salesforce H/F.

1. Pour la partie B2B :

Le module SalesCloud  est la plateforme CRM B2B utilisée par les équipes Service Client et par les équipes commerciales et marketing en Europe, Amérique du Nord et Australie pour toutes les marques du groupe AmerSports.

Ta mission sera d’assister le Product Owner (PO) dans les tâches suivantes :

  •  Aider le PO lors des phases de Sprint et Release
  • Participer activement à la mise en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités  ou projets en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le PO, les développeurs et les Key Users business (définition des besoins, suivi des développements, tests, formation...)
  • Documenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités en produisant des documents de formation à l’attention des équipes business (vidéos essentiellement)
  • Contrôler la fiabilité de la base de tests, notamment en réalisant des tests de non régression
  • Monitorer l’utilisation de la plateforme à l’aide de rapports

 

2. Pour la partie B2C :

Service Cloud est la plateforme CRM B2C utilisée par les équipes du Service Client pour toutes les marques d'AmerSports.

Ta mission sera d'assister le Product Owner (PO) et l’équipe de développeurs sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Réaliser des tests fonctionnels et en assurer le suivi
  • Participer à la configuration de la plateforme
  • Créer la documentation technique et former les utilisateurs finaux
  • Créer des rapports et dashboards en analysant les données collectées
  • Participer à la mise en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités telles que Salesforce Chatbots, Salesforce Einstein…
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de développeurs dans le but d’améliorer l’expérience client et celle de notre Service Client.
  • Informer les utilisateurs des nouvelles fonctionnalités
  • Suivre régulièrement les nouvelles fonctionnalités de Salesforce.

En paralèlle, tu participeras également à l'organisation d'événements dans l'entreprise tels que la Xmas Party. 

 

Les apports de ce stage : 

  • Tu seras formé.e à Salesforce et travailleras dans un environnement international et matriciel
  • Découverte et pratique du métier de chef de projets avec des méthodologies agiles

Qualifications

  • Ton profil :

 

Stagiaire de type “Business Analyst” ou équivalent

Anglais et Français indispensables

 

  • Compétences requises :

Patient(e) et pédagogue, bon(ne) communicant(e)

A l’aise dans avec les systèmes IT

Sens du détail  et très bien organisé(e)

Esprit d’équipe
