Vacatureomschrijving

Vanaf 3 februari 2025 hebben wij een leuke HR stageplek openstaan.

Als HR-stagiair in een hotel kun je betrokken zijn bij verschillende aspecten van HR-beheer, zoals werving en selectie, on-boarding van nieuwe medewerkers, personeelsadministratie, trainingsprogramma's, arbeidsrechtelijke zaken en personeelsontwikkeling.
Het is belangrijk om leergierig, enthousiast, accuraat en communicatief vaardig te zijn. Daarnaast is ervaring in operationele afdelingen van een hotel een pluspunt, omdat dit je helpt de specifieke behoeften en uitdagingen van het personeel beter te begrijpen.
Als je bij ons komt stagelopen dan ligt de nadruk op een goede werksfeer, ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Je ontvangt een stagevergoeding op basis van een fulltime stage van 38 uur per week, voor een minimale stageperiode van 20 weken. 

Dit bied je de mogelijkheid om praktijkervaring op te doen en je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.


Functie-eisen

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die een passie heeft voor de hotellerie en de HR wereld. Verder zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die:

Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift heeft; kennis heeft van onder andere Excel en Word; leergierig, enthousiast en flexibel is; accuraat is en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden; discreet en assertief is en enige ervaring heeft in operationele afdelingen van een hotel. 
Aanvullende informatie

Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne maakt onderdeel uit van de internationale hotelketen Accor en dat brengt vele voordelen met zich mee, want Feel Welcome – Feel Valued is niet voor niets de missie van Accor. 

Wij bieden een stagevergoeding van € 750,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis;  lunch en/of diner wordt verzorgd in café Cocagne;  lid worden van de PV, deze organiseren diverse activiteiten;  bij ons parkeer je gratis;  gezellige team uitjes;  verder is er veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
