The Workplace Coordinator will be part of a Local Workplace team and support day-to-day operation of the Sophia Office to ensure professional way befitting a world leading organisation serving both ARM’s staff and its visitors. We expect 100% working time to be spent in office.

Responsibilities:

Support and delivery of all local day-to-day Workplace services within the office; Main Front of House operation to ensuring visitors and collaborators have a positive experience; Assist in space planning, seating arrangements, and office layout adjustments; Handle incoming service requests from employees and address them efficiently; Manage and support of Physical Security operation to ensure compliance to global standards (Badge handling, reporting, etc.); Organizational support for corporate and local events; Incoming and outgoing post and shipments; Ensure effective management of meeting rooms; Delivery of onboarding and inductions to new employees; Supervise and handle office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory; Support project delivery for small and minor works.


Required Skills and Experience :

Some experience or interest in office management experience such as: space management, office relocation, coordinating, and/or working within a small team of administrative staff; Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and associated performance monitoring techniques; Some experience of workplace health and safety requirements; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Proficient in Office 365 and interest to learn relevant Workplace tools and systems.
