Life Science/IS&D – Senior – Gestion de projet – Leadership

Vos responsabilités :

  • Vous analyserez les besoins et définirez les objectifs du projet pour aligner attentes et livrables.
  • Vous planifierez et coordonnerez les phases du projet, respectant délais, budget et qualité.
  • Vous gérerez les équipes et ressources pour une exécution optimale du projet.
  • Vous communiquerez clairement avec les parties prenantes pour une gestion efficace du projet.
  • Vous évaluerez les risques et élaborerez des stratégies d'atténuation pour le projet.
  • Vous suivrez et ajusterez les plans de projet selon les retours et évolutions pour atteindre les objectifs.

Vos qualifications :

  • Diplôme universitaire (BAC +5) en gestion de projet, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
  • Au moins 5 à 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
  • Mobilité à Lyon.
  • Connaissance sur SAP et/ou Salesforce.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et gestion d'équipe.
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions, résoudre les problèmes et s'adapter au changement.
