In 2018, Acolad (among the top 5 in the industry) acquired us. We're now tackling more intricate translation demands for an expanding client base.
Presently, our team at TM numbers nearly 50, with 1,500 at Acolad.
Responsibilities:
Team Management - Managing multicultural and multilingual teams
Supervise markets in France, Germany, Dach, Benelux, Nordics, and Italy, ensuring strategic congruence and market-specific strategies.Lead a 10-member international SDR team based in Paris, nurturing a collaborative and high-performing ethos.
Provide ongoing training for Sales Reps
Ensure synergy and integration - Standardizing processes while respecting cultural differences
Ensure fluid collaboration with the Head of AE, bridging the two departmentsCoordinate with Sales ops to equip your team with necessary tools and data
Engage with all teams, offer analysis of market needs to develop compelling AI-based propositions for new customers.
Create a common framework and improve perception of the sales funnel
Maximize pipeline creation
Performance Improvement: Use new tools, strategies and processes to increase pipe creation.Impact on Growth: Better identify ICPs & IAPs, increase conversion rates and anticipate churn.
KPI Oversight: delivery, open, click, conversion rates, ROI + performance tracking
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 years in a sales role (internships included), entrepreneurial spirit a must.
Managerial experience preferred, or strong leadership qualities.
Meticulous, well-organised, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ideal Personal Attributes:
Confident in making calls.
Agile and adaptive in communication and strategy.
Proficient with IT tools (Salesforce knowledge advantageous).
Resilient to rejection.
