We are looking for an Interio Architect / Project Manager to join a creative retail design team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our retail design projects.

Role requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce technical plans for various retail, hospitality, stands, pop-ups, events, projects: Pre-design, SD, DD (ESQ, APS, APD)Lead SD and DD (APS, APD) phases, prepare specification booksTranslate creative sketches into 2D/3D drawings based on documents produced by the design team (3D images, sketches, drawings)Support creative concepts with technical solutionsPrepare presentation documents (guidelines) with sketches and technical plansResearch references, images, materials, finishes, architectural and/or furniture detailsCollaborate with the internal design teamCollaborate with external designers and suppliersParticipate in client calls

Qualities & characteristics

Degree in architecture/interior architectureProficiency in AutoCAD: blocks, parameters, etc.Proficiency in SketchupProficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), knowledge of rendering software (Vray, Keyshot, etc.) is an assetKnowledge of safety standards: ERP, PMRExperience in the Retail, Hospitality, Luxury industriesHand drawing skills, sketchingProfessional level in EnglishMeticulous and autonomousEnjoys working in a teamAdaptable, used to working on a variety of projects simultaneously
