WHAT IMPACT CAN YOU CREATE
In this role, you will participate in developing projects and guidelines on diverse HR topics to support our International WFJ HR community.
I n strong partnership with the Talent Development, Engagement & internal communication, HR Retail projects WFJ Director and our local WFJ HRD , your main responsibilities are :
Facilitate the WFJ talent discussion within the different regions: s etting up processes, routines, and following -up active ly our action plans and succession plans
Participate actively in the implementing of our WFJ onboarding experience , and development programs in strong partnership with the Talent Development team.
Contribute to the High-end career path project in full collaboration with the High-end Business Department . Support in the implementation of the project within the regions.
Reinforc ing the WFJ data management across all Regions and provide relevant data analysis to maximize our actions and decisions; and to support the local WFJ local HRD with relevant insights and benchmarks .
Creat e relevant People tools, assets, guidelines to support WFJ HRD R egions in their daily job: such as boutique opening book, people budget and flex@retail guidelines …
