Strategy and Operations – Energy Infrastructure – Analyst

Missions
Au sein de Strategy and Operations, dans l’équipe « Energy Infrastructure », vous serez à même de travailler au cœur de la transition énergétique et d’accompagner les investisseurs dans l’atteinte des objectifs de développement durable :
-Electricité décarbonée (ex. : éolien terrestre et en mer, solaire PV, solaire thermique, biomasse)
-Gaz décarboné (ex. : biogaz, hydrogène, capture et stockage de CO2)
-Economie circulaire (ex. : biogaz et biomasse, valorisation des déchets)
-Chaleur décarbonée (ex. : pompe à chaleur, efficacité énergétique, réseaux de chaleur)
-Mobilité verte (ex. : voiture électrique, hydrogène)
-Résilience des réseaux électriques (ex. : stockage par batteries, hydro)
En nous rejoignant vous interviendrez principalement dans les contextes d’intervention suivants :
Accompagnement des opérations de fusion-acquisition (« Deal») : vous interviendrez en accompagnant le vendeur ou l’acheteur sur les sujets suivants :
A. Due Diligence Stratégique – « top-line »
-Identification et quantification des dynamiques marchés et des risques/ opportunités (ex. : dynamique de marché, régulation, compétition, évolution du prix des commodités)
-Evaluation de la capacité de la cible à mettre en œuvre son plan de croissance (ex. : produits / offres, compétitivité, organisation, processus, acquisitions)
B. Due Diligence Technique – « bottom-line »
-Analyse de l’avantage compétitif des solutions proposées par le vendeur
-Modélisation des coûts (ex. : Capex, Opex)
-Analyse de la performance des actifs existants et impact sur la performance future
-Plans de décarbonation
C. Due Diligence ESG
-Analyse de l’impact Environnemental (ex. : consommation d’eau, impact biodiversité, participation à la décarbonation)
-Analyse de l’impact Social (ex. : diversité, inclusion)
-Analyse de la Gouvernance (ex. : reporting ESG, procédures, processus)
Stratégie (« Value creation ») : vous participerez à la construction et à la mise en œuvre de plans stratégiques, avec notamment :
-Revue de la stratégie : identification des marchés adressés (ex. : pays/ services), analyse des dynamiques, et recommandation sur la stratégie (ex. : sortie du marché, renforcement des activités)
-Stratégie d’entrée sur le marché : identification des opportunités et risques, et définition du plan d’action (ex. : objectifs, planning, ressources)
-Acquisition : identification et quantification de cibles potentielles pour acquisition
Profil recherchéNous recherchons pour ces missions des candidats de formation supérieure (Bac+5 –école d’ingénieur ou école de commerce de rang A), débutant leur carrière professionnelle, mais justifiant d’expériences en alternance, stage ou VIE, parmi les suivantes :
Une expérience dans le conseil en stratégie, fonds d’investissement, banques d’affaires ou au sein d’une équipe Corporate Strategy dans un grand groupe
Une expérience dans le conseil durant laquelle il/elle aura développé de solides compétences opérationnelles et financières avec une forte appétence pour l’analyse des impacts financiers
Une expérience opérationnelle en entreprise dans une structure reconnue pour son excellence dans les domaines opérationnels et / ou financiers, dans le secteur de l’énergie ou des infrastructures
Vous êtes dotés de qualités relationnelles et analytiques reconnues. Curieux, dynamique, vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et vous pratiquez couramment l’anglais dans le cadre de vos missions (la pratique d’une seconde langue étrangère sera un plus). Vous êtes motivés par le challenge d’intervenir dans des contextes à forts enjeux stratégiques marqués par des enjeux marchés ou de retournement ainsi que d’élargir vos compétences sur les dimensions financières et opérationnelles. Vous avez envie de vivre une aventure entrepreneuriale en participant à la forte croissance de Eight Advisory.
