Within the Social Media & Influence team, you will manage the following missions:
. Responsibilities associated with the Public Relations (PR)/Communications team:
Assist in weekly, monthly and yearly press monitoring, using online tool to track/measure earned media KPIs across product and brand activations (what is successful)Supporting external media relations efforts by organizing media visits at Salomon’s Annecy Design Center (ADC), and potentially sporting events as well as arranging schedule for journalist visitsUpload digital content and PR assets to Salomon’s DAM (Data Assets Management) platform and Salomon.com (blog/content section) ensuring on-time delivery and translation for international marketsAssist in PR-related projects such as researching new media outlets for the brand to engage withSend product samples to journalists. You’ll also be assisting the Social Influence Marketing Specialist by:
Running reports to assess the performance of our social influence strategyIdentifying new profiles to represent the brand globallyAssisting in the management, support and guidance of the brand’s global Social InfluencersExecuting the product seeding processIn parallel, the intern will collaborate to the project entrusted by the company (events organization and project management).

Au sein de l'équipe Social Media & Influence, vous serez amené(e) à gérer les missions suivantes :
. Missions associées à l'équipe Relations Publiques (RP)/Communication :
Contribuer à la veille hebdomadaire, mensuelle et annuelle de la presse, en utilisant un outil en ligne pour suivre/mesurer les KPIs des médias gagnés (Earned) à travers les produits et les activations de la marque (ce qui est réussi) Soutenir les efforts de relations avec les médias externes en organisant des visites de médias au Centre de Design d'Annecy (ADC) de Salomon, et potentiellement des événements sportifs, ainsi que l'organisation du calendrier des visites des journalistes Télécharger le contenu numérique et les actifs de relations publiques sur la plate-forme DAM (Data Assets Management) de Salomon et Salomon.com (section blog/contenu) en veillant à la livraison dans les délais et à la traduction pour les marchés internationaux Participer à des projets liés aux relations publiques tels que la recherche de nouveaux médias avec lesquels la marque pourrait s'engager Envoyer des échantillons de produits aux journalistes. Vous aiderez également le spécialiste du marketing d'influence sociale en :
Exécutant des rapports pour évaluer la performance de notre stratégie d'influence sociale Identifiant de nouveaux profils pour représenter la marque à l'échelle mondiale Aidant à la gestion, au soutien et à l'orientation des influenceurs sociaux mondiaux de la marque Exécutant le processus d'ensemencement des produitsEn parallèle, le ou la stagiaire collaborera au projet confié par l'entreprise (participation à l'organisation d'événements internes et gestion de projet).
QualificationsAcademic background: Working toward Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Communications, Media or BusinessExperience: A first professional or personal experience in Influence Marketing or within a PR agencyLanguages: Proficient in EnglishIT skills: Office suite mandatoryStrong familiarity with social platforms (both consumer-facing and back ends).
