Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale France, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients sur le marché des distributeurs indépendants (secteur alimentaire et non alimentaire) afin de vendre des solutions aux magasins non équipés ainsi qu’à la base installée (nouvelles solutions, modernisation des systèmes, renouvèlement des parcs d’étiquettes, etc.),
- Maintenir un relationnel avec les décideurs locaux et faire du lobbying régional,
- Travailler en synergie avec les Key Account Manager afin de décliner localement les stratégies commerciales/contrats de référencement avec les grandes enseignes indépendantes nationales/internationales,
- Assurer un suivi avec les clients une fois la vente réalisée en synergie avec les différents départements du Groupe,
- Animer le CRM de VusionGroup sur sa base de clients et prospects et tenir à jour régulièrement ses opportunités dans l’outil,
- Remonter les informations sur la concurrence vers sa hiérarchie et le service marketing.
Qualifications
Qualifications we’re looking for.
De formation initiale Bac+2 à Bac+5, vous avez une première expérience dans un rôle commercial, sur le marché des distributeurs indépendants. Vous connaissez la vente de solutions techniques destinées aux points de vente, si possible avec une dimension informatique.
Tenace, autonome, ouvert(e) et curieux(se), vous avez la capacité de prendre de la distance et êtes très orienté(e) résultat. Rigoureux(se) dans votre travail, vous avez acquis des méthodes d'organisation de la prospection et du suivi de l’activité, idéalement au travers d'un outil de CRM de type SalesForce.
Votre niveau d'anglais vous permet de comprendre vos interlocuteurs et d'échanger avec aise.
Vous êtes à l'aise pour conduire.
