Nous avons une opportunité pour vous en tant que Channel Manager – « Rénovation et remplacement » chez VELUX
En tant que Channel Manager - « Rénovation et remplacement », vous jouerez un rôle central dans la croissance de VELUX en dynamisant les ventes auprès des professionnels spécialisés en rénovation. Vous serez en charge de la croissance du marché et de veiller à la préservation de notre part de marché actuelle.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Collaborer activement aux projets Groupe : travailler avec le département Commercial Excellence pour adapter et implémenter les projets du groupe au niveau local.Déployer les initiatives commerciales : mettre en œuvre des initiatives globales et locales pour améliorer l'efficacité commerciale, recueillir les retours d'expérience, et proposer des actions correctives.Dynamiser les ventes : développer des stratégies de vente adaptées, optimiser les ressources et indicateurs existants, et proposer des pistes d'amélioration.Mettre en place les outils nécessaires pour les Responsables de Secteur, les Key Account Managers (KAM) et autres acteurs du Marché France.Superviser et animer les équipes de Grands Comptes, Support Commercial et Sales Activation SpecialistsÊtre en support des Responsables de Secteur afin d'optimiser leur efficacité commerciale.Assurer une communication fluide, efficace et transparente avec la Force de Vente et le Marketing.Contribuer à la stratégie du Marché France : contribuer à la stratégie globale du Marché France en coordonnant et calibrant vos initiatives dans un ensemble plus large que votre périmètre.Bâtir des relations durables avec nos clients clés et les parties prenantes pertinentesCe que nous recherchons :
Expérience dans le domaine des ventes et/ou du marketing.Compétences en relations commerciales.Compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de motiver et de guider les membres de l'équipe vers l'atteinte des objectifs.Compétences en communication et négociationCompétences en gestion de projets et capacité à évaluer dans un environnement matriciel.Capacité à analyser les données de vente et à utiliser des outils d'analyse pour prendre des décisions stratégiques éclairées.Orientation résultatsSens de l'initiative et gestion des priorités.Anglais professionnel : Maîtrise de l'anglais pour évoluer dans un environnement international.Si vous êtes prêt à faire partie d'une entreprise dynamique et à jouer un rôle clé dans notre croissance, envoyez-nous dès maintenant votre CV.
