Le service SUP-MGT de la Direction Générale des Avions Civils (DGAC) a pour mission dêtre en relation avec les fournisseurs Falcon, afin de spécifier, négocier, et faire appliquer les clauses des contrats concernant tous les aspects liés au support des produits en service.
L'équipe est rattachée directement au directeur du support client, et est composée de cinq personnes ayant tous un portefeuille de fournisseurs dont ils assurent une gestion en grande autonomie.
Dans le cadre de votre apprentissage, vous serez chargé(e) du support interne DGAC. En ce sens, vous traiterez les litiges contractuels remontés par les équipes (garantie, prix etc) en construisant l'argumentaire contractuel, et instruirez le dossier directement avec les fournisseurs.
Vous assisterez les managers dans :
Vous assisterez le responsable du département dans l'amélioration continue des outils et processus du département. Vous maintiendrez et améliorerez la base contractuelle (référentiel des paramètres contractuels), vous œuvrerez à la mise en place d'un nouveau système de notation fournisseurs, et participerez à la mise en place et au déploiement d'outils de pilotage d'activité.
Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous travaillerez en lien avec les managers et le responsable du département. Vous serez le point de contact privilégié en interne DGAC et travaillerez avec les équipes front office, garantie, pricing, réparations, spares Enfin, vous serez en relation directe avec les fournisseurs.
Le poste nécessite de potentiels déplacements chez les fournisseurs en France sur lesquels vous pourrez être amené à participer.

comprendre les enjeux du support après-vente Falcon,appréhender la complexité de lorganisation mise en place pour atteindre les performances attendues par les clients, et la grande variété des métiers impliqués,faire le lien entre les besoins métiers de chaque entité, les clauses contractuelles et les objectifs de négociation,appliquer et maitriser les techniques de négociation,acquérir un niveau d'anglais oral et écrit professionnel,visiter les chaines d'assemblage Falcon et Rafale,se rendre chez différents fournisseurs.Vous préparez un BAC/3 en commerce et recherchez dans ce cadre un contrat d'apprentissage de 2 ans.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office et parlez un anglais courant.
Un niveau d'Excel avancé serait apprécié (optimisation de calcul, VBA, formules matricielles, etc).
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'adaptation, de communication, rigueur et autonomie. Vous êtes capable de défendre votre opinion dans une argumentation contradictoire et de trouver des compromis tout en défendant vos objectifs. Vous disposez d'un esprit très logique et rationnel, et êtes en mesure d'analyser les failles d'un contrat, de construire des argumentaires solides, et de proposer des méthodes de travail efficaces.
