Description du poste 

Notre centre de formation est un pilier essentiel d'UX-Republic car il permet la montée en compétences de nos collaborateurs, le développement commercial de notre activité et le rayonnement de notre marque. 

Nous avons développé plus de 40 formations (Eco-conception, Accessibilité, Atomic Research, UX-writing....) ainsi que de nombreux partenariats avec les leaders de pensées du monde entier. 

Vous serez en relation directe avec le DG, les Business Managers, nos partenaires et les consultants du groupe.

Poste à dimension intrapreneuriale car l'objectif est de développer l'activité du centre de formation de manière autonome. C'est une opportunité de travail unique qui vous permettra de développer votre réseau, de parfaire vos compétences en développement des affaires, et d'apprendre le mode de fonctionnement d'un cabinet de conseil de renom.

Vous disposez d’une culture digitale et l’innovation vous passionne

Les objectifs de notre responsable du centre de formation seront (entres autres) :

- Détecter les formateurs des "savoir-faire" les plus innovants dans le monde et nouer des partenariats,

- Les faire intervenir dans notre centre de formation,

- Mettre en oeuvre des campagnes d’activation et d'acquisition,

- Participer au plan marketing et au développement commercial de notre activité de formation.

Profil recherché 

Excellente communication, anglais courant

Pro-actif, esprit d'équipe, autonome, bonne capacité d'adaptation.

Une expérience préalable en centre de formation ou en développement des affaires est un plus. 

Une connaissance assidue des métiers du digital est un plus mais non indispensable.
