Job Title: Customer Service / Supplier Representative
Location: Paris, Vitry sur Seine (fully on-site)
Type: 2-month contract (initially)
Purpose of the Role
The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of instruments on behalf of clients. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating required service interventions—both within and outside of contractual agreements—and ensuring accurate invoicing for non-contracted services. The role may be performed on-site at the customer’s location, with a strong emphasis on meeting quality, safety, and timeline objectives to ensure optimal equipment performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with off-site or client-specific support teams
- Engages with Sales and Purchasing departments
- Requests and manages quotes from service providers
- Organizes and oversees service interventions
- Maintains clear communication with clients
- Participate in gathering client requirements during contract renewal cycles
- Process service requests and coordinate appropriate responses
- Source supplier bids and place necessary orders
- Update internal databases and client records as agreed
- Support clients through regular follow-ups and responsive communication via meetings, email, and phone
Qualifications:
- *Must be fluent in French
- *Must have a full driving license
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in a scientific / pharmaceutical field preferred (will not accept candidates at Masters-level)
