  • Manage a team of Customer Acceptance and Delivery Managers

Your team’s main missions are:

Prepares and organizes Customer visits and buyback sessions in close cooperation with production groups
  • Progress follow-up of the concessions and QLBs treatment
  • Serve as the technical focal point for customers during pre-FAL, FAL and delivery phases
  • Organize periodic meetings with customers regarding the progress of their aircraft in terms of technical progress, QLB treatment progress and customer rejections
  • Lead the Delivery Acceptance Process on technical side, in close cooperation with the Customer Program Director (CPD)
  • Work closely with the CPD in case of major issues presenting a potential impact on planning or requiring commercial negotiation.
  • Generates feedback loop reviews mainly with Qualtiy to avoid repetitive items.
  • Drive the feedback loop: corrective actions implementation in close cooperation with FAL stations, production groups and support functions to avoid repetitive items

About You

  • Engineering or aeronautics studies
    • At least 10 years experience
    • Technical knowledge of aircraft architecture (knowledge of ATR product would be a plus)
    • Previous experience in managing a team
    • Experience in Customer facing roles
    • Strong leadership and ability to accommodate the best compromise between ATR interests and Customers’ requests
    • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
