PR Intern - Paris

The PR France assistant will be responsible for the well-functioning of the showroom making sure that we get the best exposure within the market.

Responsibilities

PR

• Support the Press Officer in all activities related to the showroom: daily send out and return of samples from editorial shoots and KOL dressing lendings.
• Handle messenger service smoothly to avoid missing any key opportunities. Support other markets when the shoot or lending opportunity is taking place in Paris.
• Keep a close contact with the team in HQ to monitor the correct delivery of the French set of press samples.
• Prepare and deliver gifting to key profiles following the product placement strategy per season.
• Handle imaginary, credits and lookbooks requests from editors and stylists.
• Keep the database up to date with contacts from both press and VIP.
• Help the PR Officer in the preparation of press days and events if needed.
• Help monitor all PR coverage within the market in print, digital and social media. Support on the preparation of reports for HQ, including payback analysis.
• Make sure the showroom is well organized and ready for appointments at any given time.

Required

• Languages: Native level of French and fluency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
• Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
• Ability to work in high-stress environments.
• Self motivated and willing to learn.
