Job Purpose: Support the Travel Retail Marketing team in executing marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and operational initiatives by coordinating marketing assets, promotional campaigns, events, digital content, and customer experience activities. The role contributes to enhancing brand visibility, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering a consistent and engaging customer experience across travel retail channels and European e-commerce platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and maintenance of travel retail marketing tools and assets.
  • Development and update of merchandising planograms and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Coordination and publication of the travel retail newsletter.
  • Support in the planning and execution of in-store animations and promotional activities (LTR, 3 Sixtydutyfree, FDS..)
  • Coordination of key industry events and trade shows (TFWA)
  • Sourcing and coordination of external vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Competitive benchmarking and monitoring of travel retail market trends.
  • Day-to-day support on cross-functional travel retail projects.
  • Manage and maintain product listings and content across European e-commerce websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Manage European e-commerce customer service, including pre- and post-purchase inquiries, order follow-up, shipping issues, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer complaints, while coordinating with Logistics and internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support daily e-commerce operations, including order management, stock availability monitoring, and coordination with warehouses and logistics partners.
  • Provide operational support during peak trading periods, promotional campaigns, product launches, and team absences to ensure business continuity.



Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or academic project in marketing, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
