Job description
✨ Your mission
Your primary mission is to orchestrate Swan’s entire financial planning cycle, translate complex transactional and regulatory dynamics into actionable corporate strategies, and manage a high-performing FP&A function that acts as a true co-pilot to leadership
✨ Main Tasks

Lead and structure the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes across all business lines

Manage and mentor the FP&A team, establishing deep individual ownership, clear delivery standards, and robust professional development paths

Drive business partnering by collaborating directly with leadership team to challenge performance and support strategic decision-making

Own the corporate reporting architecture, producing monthly performance packages, board materials, and investor relations KPIs

Modernize finance operations by continuously improving financial systems, automated data flows, and analytical tools to reduce manual task cycles

Monitor Unit Economics & Safeguarding risks, analyzing the margins behind transactional flows

The Finance Department at Swan is structured around two core operational pillars, both reporting directly to the CFO: the accounting (4 FTEs) and FP&A department (3 FTEs) As a central function within Swan, the Finance team does not operate in a silo. We act as a critical business partner, collaborating daily with the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic decisions. The team interfaces heavily with all key business lines to optimize transaction flows, challenge operational budgets, and build scalable financial processes that ensure Swan’s sustainable move toward profitability
Preferred experience
✨ You’re a great match if:

You have 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A with a proven track record in a fast-scaling tech startup, B2B SaaS, or FinTech/Banking ecosystem

You are an established people manager with a demonstrated ability to delegate, run impactful 1:1s, and coach a team toward high execution standards

You have strong strategic synthesis ("hauteur de vue"), capable of moving beyond numbers to extract key business takeaways and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to executives

You possess strong data literacy and tool fluency, with advanced skills in financial modeling and experience implementing or optimizing modern finance stacks (ERP, EPM tools, or BI).
