Director of Application, EMEA North, Install

As the Director of Application, EMEA North, Install, you will provide the technical and operational leadership for all Application activities across the Install market within the EMEA North region.

This role requires a strong combination of strategic vision, commercial awareness, and leadership to translate the global Application strategy into regional execution. A key focus of the role is aligning the EMEA North Install Application organization with global Application objectives while adapting to the specific market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities across the region.

1) Strategy & Market/Field Development

Set and execute the EMEA North Install regional technical operations strategy; design engagement models that increase conversion and adoption across the Install market.

Impact: Stronger field relevance; deeper Install segment penetration.

2) Forecasting, Planning & Performance Management

Run capacity planning, demand forecasts, and load balancing for the EMEA North Install Application team; own technical OKRs and quality gates.

Impact: Fewer bottlenecks; predictable delivery performance.

3) Team Leadership, Capability & Culture

Lead the EMEA North Install Application teams; drive certifications, onboarding, and continuous education while fostering a collaborative, no-blame culture.

Manage territory and regional Install vertical teams in collaboration with global matrix leadership.

Impact: Higher retention; consistent technical excellence.

4) Pipeline, Project Execution & Ecosystem Partnerships

Support strategic Install projects across EMEA North; influence system designs and specifications; represent the brand technically at industry events, consultant meetings, and partner forums.

Impact: Higher conversion; expanded partner ecosystem.

5) Data, Standards & Process Excellence

Enforce Install design standards, commissioning methodologies, and CRM/project reporting across EMEA North. Lead quality audits, post-project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Impact: Better decision-making; improved operational maturity.

6) Cross-Functional Execution & Customer Experience

Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and Application Vertical Leadership teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales to customer acceptance process for Install projects across EMEA North.

Impact: Faster, higher-quality deployments; improved technical customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
