- Holds a Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with at least three years of professional experience.
- Demonstrates expertise in industrialization and manufacturing engineering, specifically coordinating hardware production with external subcontractors and managing supply chains.
- Is a hands-on generalist fluent in French and proficient in technical English, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex manufacturing documentation.
