Job Description

As Industrialization Engineer, you will bridge the gap between R&D and production by coordinating Gallium Defense's first radar prototypes. You will build small-series manufacturing capabilities from scratch and act as interim procurement lead. This is a critical role ensuring military-grade hardware reaches the field through scalable, cost-effective industrial processes.

What You Will Do

Coordinate end-to-end manufacturing of first test prototypes, managing subcontractors, timelines, and quality checkpoints to deliver hardware on schedule.
Design and implement small-series production processes, including tooling, work instructions, and the supporting supplier base required for repeatability.
Serve as interim procurement lead, managing Bill of Materials (BOMs), component sourcing, and vendor relationships until the function is established.

The ideal candidate

Holds a Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with at least three years of professional experience.
Demonstrates expertise in industrialization and manufacturing engineering, specifically coordinating hardware production with external subcontractors and managing supply chains.
Is a hands-on generalist fluent in French and proficient in technical English, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex manufacturing documentation.
