Our investment teams are supported by an in‑house ESG & Sustainability team, which drives sustainability integration at both fund and portfolio‑company levels.
Apprenticeship Overview
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice to join our ESG & Sustainability team starting in September 2026. The apprentice will work closely with the ESG & Sustainability team and investment teams, contributing to ESG analysis, data management, and sustainability reporting across our funds and portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the ESG & Sustainability team, the apprentice will:
- Contribute to ESG data collection campaigns from portfolio companies (e.g., structuring ESG questionnaires, supporting ESG tools enhancement and implementation, supporting data quality checks).
- Assist in the analysis, consolidation, and validation of ESG data at portfolio and fund level, including inputs for investor and regulatory reporting (e.g., SFDR, LEC29).
- Support climate‑related and biodiversity risk and footprint assessments for investments, using internal and external ESG tools.
- Support the ESG team in methodological and process‑improvement work related to ESG indicators, data management, and reporting frameworks.
- Participate in broader ESG and sustainability projects linked to regulatory requirements and internal ESG strategy.
Profile & Skills
- Strong interest in ESG, sustainable finance in private market.
- Strong command of Excel and data management, including data cleaning, structuring, consolidation, and basic analysis; comfortable working with large datasets. Preferably experienced in working with ESG data.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset, with the ability to ensure data quality and support ESG reporting processes.
- Rigor, good organizational and communication skills, and ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Very good level of French and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Experience
- Previous academic or professional exposure to sustainable finance, private equity, corporate finance, audit, consulting.
- Familiarity with ESG data, sustainability reporting, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., SFDR, LEC29) is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and investment environments, in addition to ESG topics, is a plus.
