Si votre candidature est retenue, votre scolarité sera entièrement financée par votre employeur.Vos missions en tant que Brand Manager - (H/F) en alternance :
- Former et accompagner proactivement tes clients afin de veiller à l'adoption de l'outil
- Développer au quotidien des relations personnelles avec les utilisateurs
- Veiller à la satisfaction de tes clients, gage essentiel pour une fidélisation long-terme et assurer un taux de renouvellement maximum
- Actualiser les informations sur le client et les interactions (interlocuteurs principaux, demandes particulières, exigences, besoins.)
- Remonter les retours des clients dans l'objectif de développer de nouveaux leviers et contribuer à l'amélioration produit en priorisant les nouvelles fonctionnalités à mettre en place
- Identifier les opportunités, repérer les hauts potentiels et faire de l'upsell dans une logique de croissance
- Suivre le plan d'action et analyser les résultats de ton portefeuille client
- Créer des supports/outils et mettre en place des process afin que nos clients soient toujours les plus satisfaits
- Mettre en avant la marque, le produit et l'offre de service
Poste basé à Valenciennes (Hauts-de-France). Travail en hybride.
Rythme d’alternance et présence en entreprise
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Périodes de travail de 8 heures
- Repos le week-end
- Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation: 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois

- Tu es à l'aise au téléphone
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), tu as de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et tu es capable de gérer plusieurs tâches et de gérer tes priorités dans les délais
- Tu portes un intérêt et tu maîtrises les nouvelles technologies
