Vous serez en charge de coordonner les développements des prestataires externes sur les différents projets WEB et applicatifs. Une coordination serrée avec les métiers sera nécessaire pour qualifier les besoins métiers.
Le poste nécessite une bonne connaissance technique des développements pour pouvoir coordonner les projets, proposer des planning, suivre les jalons.
De part le rôle de "pilotage", une aisance relationnelle est nécessaire sur cette mission.
Responsabilités:
- Fournir un leadership technique et un mentorat à l'équipe de développeurs.
- Prendre en charge la responsabilité technique des services développés, du déploiement à la maintenance opérationnelle.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres leaders techniques (IT, Infra, Cyber) pour délivrer des solutions cohérentes et optimisées.
- Garantir la qualité et la performance des services délivrés.
- Définir et suivre la roadmap technologique sur les prochaines années.
- S'assurer de la mise en oeuvre effective des bonnes pratiques.
- Favoriser la culture d'amélioration continue au sein des équipes.
Sur le plan technique, vous disposez d'une majorité des connaissances sur les différents environnements technologiques suivants :
- Backend : JavaScript (NestJs, NodeJs, ExpressJs), PHP
- Environnement et DEVOPS Tools : Gitlab, ADS Azure Pipeline, WSL2, Shell, Linux, Kafka, AWS (RDS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway), Dokcer, Cypress, Postman
- Front End : VueJs (avec Tailwind et DaisyUI), Html, CSS
La connaissance de Drupal est plus.
Démarrage du projet: Septembre 2024.
Présence sur site client nécessaire au moins quelques jours toutes les 2 semaines. Mais Majoritairement télétravail.
Profil candidat:
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en temps que developper et vous voulez maintenant faire coordonner les développements.
Vous a l'aise relationnellement.
Vous maitriser la méthodologie AGILE.
Mobile sur site occasionnellement en Haute Savoie.
Anglais opérationnel (Le client à des filiales à l'international).
