The company is focused on providing innovative, cutting-edge services in cybersecurity risk management, compliance, and technical consulting to help clients stay ahead of evolving security threats.
This Cybersecurity Manager will play a key role in defining the Cybersecurity service offering and building this department for the business.
The Role
As a Cybersecurity Manager , you will work closely with senior executives (CISOs, CIOs) to deliver high-level consulting services. Your main responsibilities will include leading risk analysis, compliance audits, and providing strategic advice on security infrastructure. You'll have the opportunity to develop your career, with clear potential for future leadership within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Analysis & Compliance
- Lead risk assessments and compliance audits , focusing on frameworks such as EBIOS RM , NIS2 , DORA , and GDPR .
- Conduct security audits and workshops to ensure clients remain compliant with cybersecurity standards.
- Identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to strengthen security infrastructure.
Cybersecurity Awareness & Training
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training for business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Implement cybersecurity awareness programs to improve security culture across organisations.
Strategic Cybersecurity Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive the development of new cybersecurity services, particularly in Data and AI .
- Work with clients across a range of industries to create cybersecurity strategies that mitigate risk and enhance security resilience.
- Contribute to business continuity planning and optimise IT infrastructure.
Leadership & Growth Potential
- Lead key projects and client missions, managing cybersecurity initiatives from start to finish.
- Support senior cybersecurity experts while building your own leadership experience.
- There is potential for career progression into a formal leadership role within a year, managing a small team of professionals.
Skills Required:
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in network security , IT systems , and cybersecurity standards such as NIS2 , DORA , and GDPR .
- Client-Facing & Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to engage with CISOs , CIOs , and senior executives, and translate complex cybersecurity issues into actionable strategies.
- Risk Management: Experience in cybersecurity risk management , vulnerability assessment, and compliance.
- Consulting Experience (Preferred): Background in cybersecurity consulting or relevant in-house experience with client-facing responsibilities.
- Autonomous & Proactive: Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver solutions independently.
- Languages: Fluency in French (English is a plus).
