Vous êtes en charge d?un projet stratégique de « déploiement de flux sorties usine vers les différents entrepôts de stockage conditionn? qui implique : 

Une Intégration et coordination avec tous les services concernés pour une performance optimale des processus de bout en bout (Manufacturing, Qualité, Customer Care, Planning, Logistique, Transport?)

Une Gestion des interdépendances externes (gouvernement et autorités, organismes de certification, 3PL/3PM, transporteurs...)

Une coordination des parties prenantes Internes et Externes avec une dimension contractuelle forte.

Vous êtes le référent pour le projet sur l?évolution du périmètre, afin de : 

Élaborer des analyses de rentabilité et remettre en question le statut quo

Être garant du planning et du budget.

Intégrer l?innovation dans ces différentes composantes (procédés, services, montage financier, outsourcing?)

Construire l?équipe pour soutenir le déploiement.

Identifier les risques associés à leurs mises en place et proposer des actions pour les maitriser

Soutenir le projet d?investissement auprès des comités de validation requis

Mener conjointement avec les services concernés (Achats, Legal, Assurance, Qualité fournisseur?) des appels d?offre et leur mise en ?uvre pour des prestations 3PL/3PM

Diriger des accompagnements à la conduite du changement

Vous pouvez être amené à supporter occasionnellement le responsable SC du site sur différentes missions et contribuer aux revues d?activité logistique opérationnelle.

Profil candidat:
Titulaire d?un master en Supply Chain ou Opérations 

Expérience réussie de 10 ans dans le domaine de la logistique et en gestion de projet.

Capacité à créer un réseau (interne et externe à l?entreprise) pour sécuriser l?exécution du projet en qualité, en temps et en budget

Capacité à gérer une équipe transversale 

Connaissances des normes GMP/GDP alimentaires et pharmaceutiques en matière de qualité et de conformité, et des normes de sécurité

Connaissances dans le contrôle des niveaux de stocks, et de WMS et TMS 

Fluent in English (oral and written)
