OpenClassrooms recherche un Product Manager
- (H/F) en contrat d’apprentissage pour un de nos partenaires dans le secteur de l'entreprise, pour préparer une de ses formations diplômantes reconnues par l’État.
Attention : cette offre ne s’adresse qu’aux candidats à l’alternance qui effectuent leur formation avec OpenClassrooms. Seules les candidatures répondant à ces critères seront étudiées.

Vos missions en tant que Product Manager
- (H/F) en alternance :
- Consolider l'outil de planification général pour jalonner et piloter l'intégralité des services et du flux global (Commerce/R&D/Bureau d'études/Approvisionnement/Production/Chantier/REX) sur tous les projets en cours et à venir
- Participer à la refonte du processus de création des plannings globaux d'affaires
- Accompagner le déploiement déjà initié de la démarche LEAN management (USINE & OFFICE)
- Accompagner un projet Lean dans le cadre d'une Black Belt avec la possibilité d'être formé en Yellow Belt
Poste basé à Les Herbiers (Pays de la Loire). Travail en hybride.
Rythme d’alternance et présence
En entreprise :
Du lundi au vendredi
Périodes de travail de 8 heures
Repos le week-end
Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois
Profil recherché
Profil recherché :
- BUT/Licence/Master en planification projet, gestion de production et Lean Management
- Maîtrise approfondie d'Excel (macros, VBA) et Access
- Connaissance d'un outil de planification de type MS Project (gestion de planning/ressources)
- Rigoureux, autonome, volontaire, méthodique, organisé
- Bon sens du relationnel et rédactionnel
- Maîtrise d'Autocad et REVIT est un plus
