Cette société développe une solution basée sur l’IA qui révolutionne son secteur (protection et sécurité via analyse vidéo). Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de scale des équipes , ils recherchent un Engineering Manager hands-off pour accompagner leur structuration et relever plusieurs challenges stratégiques.
Les principales missions :
- Structurer les process pour optimiser la fluidité et la collaboration des équipes.
- Améliorer l’architecture et optimiser le code existant.
- Mettre en place un plan de carrière clair pour valoriser les développeurs et accompagner leur évolution.
- Fidéliser les talents en instaurant un cadre motivant et en limitant le turnover.
- Participer à des réunions de design technique et contribuer à l’élévation du niveau technique global.
Quelques points techniques et organisationnels :
- Stack : Python, React, Next.js, Flutter – avec un fort focus sur le temps réel et les hautes performances.
- Équipe tech actuelle : 17 personnes organisées en 3 sous-équipes (Data, App, Back & Infra).
- Le périmètre de l'EM porterait sur les éuipes App et Back.
Vous êtes le bon profil si vous avez :
- Une expérience confirmée en tant que Lead ou Architect , avec une légitimité technique en Python.
- Au moins 3-4 ans de management people et technique , idéalement dans un environnement startup.
- Une vraie appétence pour le people management , avec la capacité d’accompagner les équipes tout en structurant les process.
Rémunération : 90k+ selon profil.
