• Vous avez 3 à 6 ans d'expérience hors étude
• Les certifications pertinentes (ex. : Scrum Master , PMP , Prince2 , etc.) sont un plus
• Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets (ex. : Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
• Anglais et Français courants (capacité à animer des réunions dans les deux langues)
• Une bonne connaissance des technologies cloud et de la transformation numérique est un plus

Ensuite quoi
• Gestion de produit/projet : Piloter et superviser le cycle de vie complet des projets ou produits, de la conception à la livraison , en garantissant le respect des délais et du budget.
• Communication avec les parties prenantes : Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour recueillir et définir les besoins business, en veillant à ce que le produit soit aligné avec les objectifs stratégiques.
• Méthodologie agile : Appliquer les pratiques Agiles et Scrum pour garantir la productivité des équipes et l'engagement des parties prenantes, en adaptant les processus selon les besoins.
• Gestion du backlog : Prioriser et maintenir le backlog produit ou projet, en s'assurant que les tâches sont clairement définies et prêtes pour les sprints.
• Collaboration avec les équipes de développement, designers et ingénieurs QA.
• Reporting et documentation : Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des projets aux parties prenantes et à la direction, en assurant une transparence totale sur les statuts et résultats.
