Accompagner une équipe en gestion de projet en milieu industriel

Mais quel sera votre rôle ?

· Gérer le suivi en maîtrise de votre portefeuille de projets,

· Produire et consolider des reporting

· Définir des indicateurs de performance

· S'assurer de la planification des ressources

· Suivre les plannings et les budgets

· Identifier les risques et problèmes, et suivre leur résolution

· Préparer et animer des réunions

· Assurer le backup du chef de projet

Ce que nous recherchons chez vous

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou master universitaire ;

Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans le management de projet, idéalement dans un secteur industriel (automobile, énergie, ferroviaire, pharma, ) ;

Vous maitrisez idéalement un outil de planification (MS Project, Planisware, Primavera) ;

Leader et déterminé, vous êtes force de persuasion et savez mobiliser et fédérer vos interlocuteurs autour d'un objectif commun ;

Votre niveau d'anglais vous permet d'évoluer dans un environnement international.
