I am representing an innovative AI Driven Biotech based in the heart of Paris focused on harnessing the power of AI & ML to transform Drug Discovery within Immunology.
They are on the hunt for a Head Computational Biologist to focus on leading internal teams and projects focused on developing Machine Learning models and integrating into cutting edge Multi-Omics Data Analysis for Biomarker discovery, Therapeutics Targets and drug combinations.
This role is situated within the R&D team and reports directly into the CTO.
Main Responsibilities;
- Develop roadmap for internal research projects to advance scientific methodologies, focusing on the development of Multi-Omics Data analysis and leveraging multi-modal data.
- Lead / Manage internal teams, mentor more junior scientists and act as the Project Lead.
- Help the company to grow by reaching new milestones.
- Grow the Computational Biology team by hiring new members for your team.
Your Profile;
- PhD in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics.
- Overall 10+ years within the field of Computational Biology & Omics Data.
- Skilled with State of the Art Machine Learning / Deep Learning Applications to Computational Biology.
- Previous leadership / management experience.
- Happy to remain hands on with technology.
