The Department:
Our dynamic marketing team at PayXpert is a diverse group of five dedicated professionals, each bringing unique skills and perspectives to the table. Leading the team is our Chief Marketing Officer, Guillaume, who drives our strategic vision and ensures cohesive brand messaging. Our talented graphic designer brings creativity to life, making our visual content engaging and impactful. Supporting the team is our versatile marketing assistant, who excels in coordinating projects and ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, we have two specialists focused on Chinese payments, providing deep insights and expertise in this crucial market segment. Together, we are committed to driving innovation and delivering exceptional marketing results for PayXpert.

The role:
In order to support our growth, PayXpert is currently expanding their marketing and communications team. We are seeking an experienced Content and Communication Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and driving engagement through high-quality content. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in content creation and management. Experience and deep understanding of the payments industry is a big plus. We are looking for a profile able to write and work in both English and French. Spanish is a big plus
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Deployment:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives and manage the deployment of content across all channels.
Public Relations:
- Directly manage and collaborate with PR agencies to enhance PayXpert's public image and media presence through press releases on product launches, partnerships, new features, company news, etc.
Thought Leadership:
- Position PayXpert as a thought leader in the payments industry through insightful and forward-thinking content including blogs, white papers, case studies, success stories and industry reports.
Content Production and Localisation:
- Oversee the production of high-quality content, including written, visual, and multimedia assets that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand identity and feed our organic and paid campaigns.
- Ensure content is localised and culturally relevant for different markets and audiences (namely France, UK and Spain).
Social Media Strategy and Calendar:
- Design and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Editorial Calendar:
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar to streamline content production and publication on all channels (online and offline).
SEO and Web Content:
- Optimise web content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Internal Communications:
- Support HR to develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Support CSR initiatives by creating content that highlights PayXpert's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications & Requierements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minumum of 5 years of experience in content creation, communication, or marketing, preferably within the payments or fintech industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies and managing content across multiple channels.
- Proven experience in PR, including in working with PR agency and various media.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Attention to detail
- understanding of SEO best practices and web content optimisation.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and content management tools.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications.
- Ability to write in English and French. Spanish is a big plus.
- Experience with CMS as Wordpress.
