Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Managing Director and Senior Partner en charge des fonctions support du bureau de Paris, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs de l'ensemble des fonctions support et les différents partenaires qui interviennent dans la vie de l'immeuble.
Gestion Opérationnelle :
- Vous êtes garant de l'utilisation optimale des espaces et proposez les arbitrages nécessaires à la Management team du bureau ;
Vous gérez avec l'ensemble des prestataires sollicités dans le cadre du fonctionnement de l'immeuble de façon permanente les activités suivantes : nettoyage, sécurité, accueil, catering, multitech, support audiovisuel, maintenance des espaces verts ou ponctuelle (travaux, événementiel ) ;
A cette responsabilité s'ajoute également, la supervision de la gestion de plusieurs services à destination de nos collaborateurs :
De la flotte automobile : 60 véhicules avec le support d'une personne dédiée ;
Des modalités de voyages et déplacements en lien avec nos services globaux ;
Les contrats d'assurances multirisques et responsabilité civile avec l'aide de notre service juridique.
Vous assurez une gestion des espaces de travail et de réception permettant de préserver la confidentialité en lien avec les spécificités de notre activité ;
Vous coordonnez la cellule de gestion de risques, en organisant régulièrement une revue des procédures et des exercices de simulation. (Vous travaillez en collaboration avec les chefs de département et les équipes support Global pour déployer les processus internes indispensables permettant de préserver les intérêts de BCG et d'assurer la continuité d'exploitation (gestion des audits de process).
Gestion Financière :
Management d'équipe
Vous dirigez, encadrez, développez et accompagnez le changement (technique/technologique ou organisationnel) au sein des équipes en charge du support interne ;
Vous accompagnez et soutenez vos équipes dans la résolution de problématiques en apportant votre appui technique au quotidien.
Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
Connaissance des environnements techniques requise.
Capacité à analyser et interpréter des données financières et des rapports.
De formation BAC+ 5 ou équivalence avec expérience professionnelle significative de plus de 10 ans sur une fonction similaire ;
Diplôme en gestion hôtelière, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe ;
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'hôtels, de lieux premium ou de propriétés similaires ;
Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d'équipes et d'opérations complexes ;
Solides connaissances en management de projet, vous êtes coutumier aux notions de respect des deadlines, coordination entre les stakeholders, anticipation des jalons ;
Expérience de gestion de prestataires ;
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
