As an Operations and Services Manager – Foundation Services, you will work on behalf of Rexel IT Group in the Service and Global operation teams. You will report to the Global CTO organization into the Senior IT Manager accountable for Delivery of the CTO’s Services.
As the Operations and Services Manager – Foundational Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the global operations and delivery for 24 x 7 operations and teams, supporting secure and stable operations for our cloud, hybrid and datacenter technologies globally.
You will be responsible for the full scope of Operations and ITIL services supporting:
Global Operations functions 24 x 7 for Digital, Security, Infrastructure (cloud and on premise) and globalization of L1 and L2 support teams.
As an Operations and Services Manager, you are expected to ensure a stable and secure operation for the entire CTO foundations scope. Supporting the Senior IT Manager accountable for Delivery of the CTO’s Services
Management and configuration of the ITSM tooling, including logic and API management.
Lead Run Services for all scopes, including management of the suppliers, SLAs, availability and Service Catalogue offerings;
Ensure strong IT Service Management Operation processes are in place (Change Management, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Management) to warrant platform stability;
Work in collaboration with technical teams to ensure lifecycle management and production stability;
Ensure incident and crisis management process and communication plans;
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and at 7 years of experience in Service and Operations Delivery, ideally with prior technical experience.
Ability to operate suppliers with various delivery models and service levels
