VINCI Concessions is diversifying its capital investments in infrastructure related to alternative forms of mobility, energy transition and the fight against climate change. Hydrogen, renewable energies, electricity storage, transmission lines, carbon sinks and SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) are among the investment themes VINCI Concessions is studying. The scope of action is worldwide.
VINCI Concessions is recruiting an M&A/ Business Development Project Manager (F/M) who will be responsible for proposing opportunities to top management and carrying out the associated investments and projects.
Main responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Executive Vice President and the Project Directors, you will participate in the strategic identification of new investment opportunities and the implementation of the strategy established with top management, both through targeted acquisitions and green field projects.
New projects may involve industrial partners (internal or external) or financial partners.
In identifying new opportunities, the Business Development Project Manager, in liaison with the Project Directors, will be responsible for carrying out preliminary strategic analyses, identifying concrete implementation cases and structuring partnerships.
During project implementation, the Business Development Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Project Directors in all strategic, financial, operational and legal aspects of the projects.
The profile we are looking for :
You have a master’s degree from a top French engineering or business school or from a top tier university.
You have 3 to 6 years' experience in investment or business development.
Experience in the infrastructure and/or energy sectors, particularly renewable energy or hydrogen, is a real plus.
You have the entrepreneurial spirit to start up a new activity.
You are used to working in cross-functional teams and in project mode.
You are autonomous and agile, able to adapt to a changing environment.
You have strong analytical and communication skills.
You are at ease in an international environment.
You enjoy working on projects abroad.
You are proficient in use of the Office package (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), particularly in financial modeling.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic is a plus.
