Missions et Responsabilités : En tant que Secrétaire chez Tyme Holding, spécialisée dans le trading textile et agroalimentaire, vos missions incluront :

  • Gestion Administrative :
  • Accueil et gestion des visiteurs.
  • Organisation des réunions, préparation des salles de conférence.
  • Gestion de l'agenda des traders et des membres de l'équipe dirigeante.
  • Rédaction et mise en forme de documents et rapports.

  • Communication et Coordination :
  • Gestion des appels téléphoniques et coordination interne.
  • Liaison avec différents départements pour assurer une communication fluide.
  • Gestion des courriers et des emails, en français et en anglais.

  • Support aux Opérations de Trading :
  • Assistance dans la préparation des dossiers de trading.
  • Suivi des documents liés aux opérations de trading et aux relations commerciales.

  • Gestion des Ressources :
  • Commande et gestion des fournitures de bureau.
  • Support logistique pour les besoins de l'équipe.

Profil Recherché :

  • Diplôme en secrétariat, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur financier ou du trading.
  • Compétences organisationnelles et attention aux détails.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique.
