Manages communications with internal and external stakeholders (phone & email) acting as liaison between clients and account team.Supporting 8-15 Accounts lead by Account Managers and Managers alike.Managing internal resources using them effectively and helping Account Managers provide a high level of service for the client.Audits creative and placements as mandated by account team/client, updating client promotions and creative as needed.Preferred experience could include 1-2 years active marketing or administrative experience Comfortable using Excel Ability to learn PowerPoint and Rakuten Marketing tools and processes Personal effectiveness Highly organised Proactive - continually looking to improve own role and that of your clients Responsiveness - getting back to clients within 24 hours Communication Excellent written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal skills Results focus Detail-orientated Proof that you can work towards a deadline Teamwork Ability to work well as a team and prioritise your workload based on company’s goals Understanding of business Basic understanding of the online (and more specifically affiliate) marketing sector Minimum Requirements:0-2 years relevant work experience PreferredBachelor's Degree RequiredFluency in English and FrenchFive Principles for SuccessOur worldwide practices describe specific behaviors that make Rakuten unique and united across the world.
