Fondée en 1990 en Italie, LASIT est un leader mondial dans la conception et la fabrication de machines de marquage et de gravure laser, ainsi que de systèmes de contrôle de qualité. Présente dans plus de 50 pays, l'entreprise se distingue par une production entièrement intégrée, couvrant toutes les étapes, de la conception technique à la fabrication mécanique, en passant par le développement électronique et logiciel. LASIT s'appuie exclusivement sur des composants de haute qualité, garantissant des solutions à la fois innovantes et fiables.

Expansion et nouvelle opportunité

Dans le cadre de sa stratégie d'expansion internationale, LASIT ouvre une nouvelle filiale à Lyon, en France, après avoir établi avec succès des implantations en Pologne, Allemagne, Angleterre et Espagne. Cette initiative s'appuie sur une base de clients français déjà solide, offrant ainsi une opportunité unique de croissance et de développement sur le marché local.

Voici vos tâches

  • Vous rapportez directement au Directeur Général de la filiale française,
  • Vous développez le marché pour acquérir de nouveaux clients,
  • Vous cultivez les clients existants pour générer de nouvelles opportunités de vente,
  • Vous traitez, qualifiez et convertissez en opportunités de vente les leads entrants générés par nos nombreuses actions marketing,
  • Vous maintenez un suivi actif et ordonné dans le système CRM,
  • Vous rédigez les offres technico-commerciales pour les clients en étroite collaboration avec le département mécanique et logiciel de notre siège social,
  • Vous coordonnez les séries de tests et essais avec les clients et notre laboratoire laser au siège en Italie,
  • Vous coordonnez des visites des clients au bureau de vente français et au siège italien,
  • Vous participez à des salons, et maintenez une veille en amont sur l'identification de nouveaux salons appropriés,
  • Vous collaborez avec notre département marketing dans l’analyse cyclique de la qualité des leads entrants et définissez conjointement des mesures d'amélioration pour nos canaux de vente numériques.

Voici ce que vous apportez

  • Vous avez un diplôme technique ou commercial,
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience dans la vente de biens d'équipement industriels en B2B, idéalement dans le domaine des systèmes de marquage laser/traitement laser,
  • Vous êtes communicant, vous aimez partager et donner envie,
  • Vous êtes chasseur dans l’âme, vous avez le gout et le talent pour ouvrir des portes,
  • Vous avez une façon de travailler indépendante et autonome et une forte orientation vers les résultats,
  • Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe et un créatif,
  • Vous avez un haut degré de flexibilité et de capacités organisationnelles,
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé,
  • Vous vous caractérisez par l'ouverture d’esprit et la curiosité envers les personnes et la technologie,
  • Vous avez un permis de conduire français en cours de validité.
