Rejoignez la Direction des Systèmes d'Information et du Numérique Covéa (1800 collaborateurs à ce jour) et plus précisément, sa Direction " Solutions Technologiques et Infrastructures " (STI) et son entité " IT Operations Management " (ITOM) en tant que Manager SI F/H.
L'entité " ITOM ", composée de 35 personnes réparties sur 4 sites, est responsable de la vision stratégique de 3 domaines (Observabilité, Ordonnancement et Outils transverses), de la conception et de la mise à disposition des solutions aux offres de services associées.
L'activité principale de l'équipe est basée sur le support technique et fonctionnel de niveau 3, ainsi que l'administration technique des socles ELK du groupe Covéa (y.c. Machine Learning).
Vous recueillez le besoin des équipes utilisatrices pour adapter l'offre de services et assurez la promotion de l'offre au sein de la DSIN.
- Vous conseillez les projets sur la mise en œuvre native des solutions ITOM au plus tôt dans les phases projets.
- Vous assurez la représentation d'ITOM dans les différentes instances de gouvernance et de projet.
- Vous intervenez dans le suivi des contrats pour les solutions éditeurs de votre périmètre.
- Vous animez une équipe organisée en mode produit composée d'experts techniques et de datascientists et êtes garant du bon déroulé des projets techniques de votre périmètre.
- Anticipe et évalue les besoins prévisibles en termes de compétences et de ressources et identifie les solutions pour les acquérir (recrutement, formation, etc ...) - Conseille, oriente ses collaborateurs, aide au développement de leurs compétences et les accompagne dans leurs souhaits d'évolution professionnelle. - Raison #1 : Rejoignez l'entité " IT Operations Management " de Covéa :

Salaire fixe + primes intéressement et participation attractives
- Forfait jours 200 jours travaillés (environ 10,5 semaines de congés + possibilité de les placer sur CET/CETR et d'en monétiser une partie)
- Télétravail possible (2 jours/semaine) + indemnités de télétravail + carte Titres-restaurant
- Mutuelle avantageuse + régime sur complémentaire santé (prise en charge employeur 60%) + avantages CE

Formation :
Vous bénéficierez d'une formation sur le management, certifiante et innovante, pour vous accompagner dans l'entrée en fonction, vous donner des clés pour vous aider à la bonne appropriation du poste, et ce dans la lignée de l'ambition managériale de Covéa. Activités sportives
Vous justifiez d'une expérience avérée dans les domaines IT et la mise en marché de solutions techniques ainsi que d'une expérience dans le management hiérarchique ou opérationnel.

- Ce poste est à pourvoir dès que possible sur notre site de Chartres, des déplacements occasionnels sont à prévoir sur les différents sites COVEA (principalement Le Mans, Niort, Saran, Paris).
