Project Contract Manager (H/F)

Alors vous êtes la personne que nous cherchons - Notre opportunité est basée sur le site de production à Chartres.**Rôle**
- Gérer et suivre l’exécution des contrats en support des chefs de projets (jalons, livrables, réceptions, paiements, ) et traiter les écarts contractuels (notifications, correspondances, analyses, variations) en collaboration avec les acheteurs
- Organiser et animer les réunions internes de suivi des contrats avec les acheteurs et les chefs de projets. Piloter les réunions de suivi avec les fournisseurs en collaboration avec les chefs de projets
- Gérer la traçabilité des demandes de changement par rapport au périmètre initial du contrat et soumettre les demandes de changement aux acheteurs pour la négociation des avenants contractuels correspondants
- Assister les chefs de projets dans la préparation des appels d’offre (expression du besoin, cahier des charges, liste des livrables). Maintenir une vue globale des contrats du projet (en cours d’exécution et à venir) et s’assurer du partage des informations avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes pour garantir les délais du projet
- Faciliter le processus de commande Coupa et être un contact privilégié pour l'émission des demandes d’achat

**Qualités requises**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un BAC +5, école d’ingénieur/de commerce ou master, avec idéalement une expérience en gestion de projets
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en gestion des contrats d’achats. Vous avez de l’expérience dans le secteur de la construction industrielle et/ou industrie pharmaceutique, de préférence sur des projets d’envergure de type CAPEX en « greenfield »/« brownfield » et d’installation de nouveaux équipements
- Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et méthodique
- En tant qu’interlocuteur privilégié de toutes les parties prenantes du projet, vos excellentes capacités de communication et votre faculté d’adaptation à tous types d’interlocuteurs vous seront indispensables dans la pleine réussite de votre mission
- Vous évoluerez dans un contexte international, un solide niveau d’anglais professionnel est indispensable

- Dans le contexte actuel de l’expansion du site, de nouvelles lignes d’assemblage et de conditionnement (Finished Products Expansion) devront être installées afin de répondre à la future demande du marché.- Ces lignes de production sont une partie d’un vaste programme international avec de nombreux échanges et collaborations avec nos experts locaux et corporate ainsi qu’avec nos sites équivalents en Europe, aux États-Unis et en Chine sans oublier nos fournisseurs, parties prenantes clés du projet.**Travailler chez Novo Nordisk**
