Pour l’activité MOBILITY – TRANSPORT et précisément la transformation du vitrage pour le marché du ferroviaire de série & de rechange en Europe, nous cherchons un(e) Responsable Grand Compte.
Basé(e) à la Défense / Tour Saint-Gobain et rattaché(e) à la responsable des ventes ferroviaire, vous serez amené(e) à :

~ Répondre à des appels d’offres : rédaction de l’offre commerciale en accord avec les équipes techniques, revue de contrat avec le juriste, négociation, suivi du contrat et de la satisfaction client, participation aux audits et FAI;


~ Piloter l’activité : chiffre d'affaires, profitabilité, suivi des indicateurs de la relation client (qualité, logistiques, co-innovation), revue des prévisions de vente;

Vous aurez à échanger avec des clients variés tels que : un constructeur de trains (CAF), des opérateurs ferroviaires (SNCF, RATP, SNCB …) Vous êtes issu(e) d’une école d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation commerciale, ou d’une école de commerce, ou équivalent, avec un goût pour le milieu industriel ettechnique.
Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience commerciale dans le domaine ferroviaire.
Rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous êtes fiable, avec un bon sens du relationnel.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint).
Un niveau courant en Anglais est exigé. La maitrise de l’Allemand est un plus.
