Description de la Société: Zoomlion, fondée en 1992, est le 5ème constructeur mondial de matériels BTP (2021). Elle est principalement engagée dans la R&D et la fabrication de machines de construction, de machines agricoles et d'autres équipements de haute technologie ainsi que de nouveaux matériaux de construction. Aujourd’hui, le réseau Zoomlion se compose de plus de 30 filiales dans le monde. Constamment à la conquête de nouveaux marchés, Zoomlion relève chaque jour d’importants challenges. Vos Missions:
Responsible for monitoring the quality of service business execution and process compliance, identifying and reporting service quality issues, major product quality issues, and other anomalies.
Responsible for collecting system issues, proposing process optimization suggestions, and supervising the implementation of optimization.
Responsible for coordinating service resources, identifying anomalies such as insufficient and unauthorized use of service resources, and coordinating resources across departments.
Responsible for building and managing customer service centers, monitoring customer feedback transmission and monitoring customer complaint handling.
Responsible for department construction, coordinating the construction and management of the department, including recruitment, training, selection and cultivation of personnel.
Other key tasks assigned by the headquarters and the superiors.
Profil Souhaité:
Bachelor's degree or above, with professional background in Business Administration, Engineering Machinery, Mechanical Manufacturing, English, National Trade, etc.
Rich experience in after-sales service in the construction machinery industry, familiar with the construction of service supervision systems. Having experience as a service manager is preferred. [The Service Director is required to have at least five years of experience in after-sales service industry and service team management. The Service Manager is required to have at least three years of experience in after-sales service industry and service team management.]
In addition to being proficient in the native language, one must be fluent in English or Chinese and possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Identifying the corporate culture of ZOOMLION, strong communication and organizational skills, management abilities, clear logical thinking, strong data analysis and report writing abilities, and a high sense of responsibility.
