The primary role of a VP of Sales (EMEA) is to lead revenue growth and geographic expansion of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. This newly-created role is critical as it owns total revenue for the region and is the senior leader in EMEA as **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. continues its aggressive growth in the region.

Expectations for Success
Recruit, hire, coach and inspire quota-carrying sales reps assigned to named accounts within your region
Define and execute the regional sales strategy
Deliver revenue growth and lead top-performing teams
Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives
Build GTM plan

Must Have
Proven leader with a strong desire to win and make an impact
Track record of leading sales teams that exceed quota
Self-starter who demonstrates courage and creativity in solving problems, helping sales reps build pipeline and close sales
Have a demonstrated understanding of enterprise software and related technology, people and processes
Be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and leader
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Knowledge in selling high-end solutions that involve both line of business and IT ownership
Strong organisational and forecasting skills
Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanour, business maturity
Critical Thinking Skills. Able to grasp technical and abstract concepts and translate into business conversation

Background in fraud prevention or cybersecurity sales
