The Opportunity

The core competence of Worldline is our digital infrastructure, the basis for all our products and solutions. It is through our Technology and Operations units, where Group Security is present, that we fulfil our promise to the customer. Here is where transactions are being processed via state-of-the-art platforms and data centers and the future of payments is being prepared.

Reporting to Worldline head of Group Security GRC, our Security Incident Officer oversees the implementation of Security incident management procedures with all the lessons learned from various incidents. He is also supporting transversal or major Incident management activities related to cyber security.

The successful candidate will interact on a daily basis with Worldline Security Officers and Worldline Security Incident Response Team. He will support the Group Security Organization in coordinating transversal actions with different stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Manage documentation of security incident management process including Reporting obligations on Security matters
  • Interacts on regular basis with the Security community, providing guidance and support: Security Governance, Security Officers, PCI officers, Cyber Defense Center (CSIRT) and other Subject Matter Experts
  • Monitor Security incidents and follow up improvement plans with Security Officers
  • Communicate Security incident updates to Group leadership with clear statements, support in fulfilling reporting obligation
  • Oversee emergency patch process for critical vulnerabilities
  • Define and organise regular tests of incident response processes with Security and operational teams, raising awareness and providing training for managing major cyber events
  • Actively contribute in the management of Major Security Incidents across Worldline with a strong coordination, reporting and communication role
  • Review on-duty activities within Security.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Outstanding communications skills and strong knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Technical background with a strong understanding of security concepts and practical usage.
  • Proactively seeks to improve security processes and implements best in class solutions, raising security awareness and overall security measures.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal oversight/direction remotely, adjusting to changing priorities, circumstances and personal interaction styles.
  • Ability to work under stress and deal with ambiguous situations
  • Expertise of security concepts and standard methodologies related to incident management, threat and vulnerability management
  • Ability to engage with technical teams and report accurate and adapted synthesis to the management
  • Being able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment to proceed high priority tasks to a resolution
  • Eager to learn, work, grow, and advance your career
  • Professional security certifications are a plus
