Plus qu’un CMO (organisations de fabrication sous contrat) classique, nos prestations de CDMO (organisations de fabrication et de développement sous contrat) nous permettent d’accompagner nos clients dans un grand nombre de projets sur les secteurs pharmaceutiques vétérinaires et du complément alimentaire.
Dans le cadre de la stratégie de développement de l’activité CDMO, Véto-pharma recrute un Responsable Business Development CDMO.
Participer à la définition et mise en place de la stratégie CDMO et industrielle de l'entreprise
Gestion du P&L de l’activité CDMO
Réaliser lesoffres de prix et de la politique commerciale, et négocier les contrats commerciaux en lienavec la directionindustrielle et la direction générale
Gestion et Développement du portefeuille client :
Prospection de nouveaux clients et projets pour assurer le développement de l’activité au niveau international
Développement et entretien des partenaires stratégiques pour soutenir le développement de l’activité
# Coordination des nouveaux projets CDMO en partenariat avec les équipes industrielles
Le développement du chiffre d’affaires et de la marge selon les objectifs annuels en France et à l’Export pour les activités de sous-traitance industrielle
Création et gestion des budgets annuels en partenariat avec la direction générale
Collabore en interne et en externe pour faciliter le développement d’activités rentables et de relations durables. Propriétaire de la relation client, maintient et stimule l'amélioration continue et communique les besoins des clients en interne.
De formation technique et/ou scientifique, vous avez une expérience solide de +5 ans dans le développement commercial BtoB associé à une expertise dans la fabrication pharmaceutique, avec une compréhension approfondie de l’activité CDMO pharmaceutique et de l'ensemble du secteur des sciences de la vie.
