Senior Business Development Manager for Benelux and France

We're seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at the Albert Roger Group, a growing pan-European Health Beauty Company. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Benelux and France regions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals with key retailers like Monoprix, Carrefour, Nocibé, Kruidvat, and Normal. You'll also be responsible for expanding our presence both in-store and online, ensuring winning strategies, and managing budgets to achieve profitable growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development within the health beauty sector
  • Strong understanding of key regional retailers
  • High-energy, fearless negotiation and communication skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for beauty products and a hunger to win
  • Fluency in French, English additional languages are a plus
