Are you a driven sales professional looking to accelerate your career in the beauty sector? We're seeking a Business Development Director to join our team at the Albert Roger Group in Benelux France.

This high-energy role involves lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals to drive growth and opportunities with key retailers like Monoprix, Carrefour, Nocibé, Kruidvat, and Normal.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for expanding our presence in-store and online, managing budgets to achieve profitable growth targets, and building strong client relationships that drive winning results.

We're looking for a candidate with proven experience in business development within the health beauty sector, a strong understanding of key regional retailers, and high-energy negotiation and communication skills.
